On behalf of the outstanding, notable, and excellent women Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated's® Alpha Beta Omega Chapter, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our chapter website. Today, we stand at the threshold of an extraordinary milestone as we prepare to celebrate our Centennial Anniversary. I am both humbled and deeply honored to serve as President during this historic season in our chapter's legacy. Our centennial is more than a celebration of the past it is a call to build the future. We proudly honor the women whose vision and sacrifice established this chapter while recommitting ourselves to the work that lies ahead. |
For nearly 100 years, Alpha Beta Omega has been committed to fulfilling Alpha Kappa Alpha's enduring mission of Service to All Mankind. Since our chapter chartering in 1927, generations of extraordinary women have devoted their talents, leadership, and compassion to advancing educational excellence, promoting healthy communities, advocating for social justice, supporting economic empowerment, and strengthening families throughout our city.
Whether you are a member, prospective member, community partner, supporter, or first-time visitor, thank you for taking the time to learn more about who we are and the work we proudly do throughout the Greater New Orleans community. The challenges facing our communities are real, but so are the opportunities before us.
